1- Usinage CNC de précision

Kaito Mold Works dispose d'un atelier très diversifié, comprenant des capacités de fraisage et de tournage pour des besoins divers, du développement de prototypes aux cycles de production. Cela inclut les tours CNC et manuels qui ont des diamètres de tournage jusqu'à 40 "et des longueurs jusqu'à 160", y compris l'outillage sous tension. Nous avons des capacités de fraisage pour usiner des surfaces jusqu'à 118 ”x 236”. Nos capacités complètes de tournage et de fraisage CNC comprenant 26 fraiseuses verticales CNC et 16 centres de tournage CNC.

4- Reverse Engineering

As part of our commitment to solving challenging problems for our customers, Kaito Mould Works has developed reverse engineering services that enable us to reproduce replacement & obsolete parts in a timely and cost-effective manner. All we need is a sample of the worn or broken part and we can produce a replacement part that will perform just like the original.

5- Wire EDM Services

Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) is an advanced machining process that relies on the precise application of electrical sparks to produce a desired workpiece shape or finish. Wire EDM (WEDM) is a variation of the EDM machining method that is often used for cutting plates or forming ties, tools or punches from harder metals that are typically not conducive to standard machining processes.
